IPO/quiet period update:

I stayed away from INFY because it was not a pure IPO play. It is an ADR of India which reports annual numbers on 4/9. There are also 3-4 holidays (Moslem and Christian) between now and then when it will not
trade. Too many variables for me.

ARGY I also eliminated based on its 45% decrease from offering price.

and that's how I got TO ROWE.
