Maybe the investment community, and the competing auction companies that want to (or are?) use(ing) the Dutch Auction style of auctions are now realizing the ramifications of this patent award to Bid.Com! If I was a competitor using this technology, I would sure as hell try to be friends with this company now. Buying shares in them now (before they go up) would help to offset any future licensing costs that WILL MOST DEFINITELY be coming their way. The story keeps getting better and better! Crazy Canuk
