Correct me if I am wrong, but I think the S-whatever said "run out of cash", not "run out of money". It's my understanding that the company still has Berg's $ 7.5 mm available.

I also remember several posters who attended the annual meeting indicate that both Dawson and Berg said that financing was not an issue.

I certainly agree with you that the company needs to address financing in Q2, but I'm not prepared to believe either that they are at a critical juncture or that they will run out of money prior to the end of Q2. FWIW.
