I'd imagine the Lucent semiconductor operation to be QCOM largest threat. They have all the expertise required to compete.On the other hand the fact that Q is not as big a co as LU or Mot may be an advantage in that other giants like INTC or IBM who don't have a wireless backround may view Q as the perfect partner....
