The competitive landscape is changing so fast (e.g. GBLX/FRO) that it's not surprising that a better offer could emerge late in the game. Tough on short-term options players, yes, but better for long-term shareholders. Time will tell, but meanwhile the vitriol being directed at Hirsch is overdone, IMO.
