It was just less than a year ago I first invested in PNLK. Since that time I have ridden the roller-coaster up to $8 and down to .77. I have to admit my confidence has been tested many times in the last year. But, fortunately I was able to triple my position when we were at $1 - $1.20. My optimism is back in full force and I really don't see anything but sky ahead for the company. For so long we were all worried about subscriber numbers. Now, that seems almost irrelevant as we watch the company build the company into something even we pioneer investors didn't forsee.

When you consider all the big players who have been brought into alliance in the past months and the proposed landscape of V3 how could anyone doubt we are watching a major world-wide industrial leader growing from infancy to take its position on the front lines of the internet revolution.

Subscription will become a must for businesses, whether they deal in import-export in a major or a minor way. The cost will be recovered in so many ways even if no transactions are ever attempted. Just using the site as a portal will make a business better.

Overlaying all the development of the business that has taken place since its birth is the incredible frenzy in the market the internet stocks have created. So far, the bursting of the bubble that so many predicted hasn't happened. It is beginning to look like it won't. It makes you dizzy to think of where this stock can go. Now we are excited with a rise of 3/8 of a point. Look at what Priceline.com did yesterday. Think about the huge gaps up we have seen with E-Bay, AOL, Amazon, Ticketmaster, IVil, etc.

I won't predict where the stock will go, but I also wouldn't dream of selling. It won't be very long before our little family here at SI will be viewed among those incredibly lucky investors who stumbled onto the motherlode.

Good luck to all longs.

David
