You know the way they explained it to me (Gary Dane) a few months ago was that they could NOT release earnings prior to their application being approved or denied by whatever listing (NASDAQ or AMEX) they applied with...in other words we SHOULD hear results of their listing application prior to or with an earnings announcement... Chris
