LGS Group Changes its NASDAQ Symbol to LGSA

MARCH 31, 1999
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--LGS Group Inc. (NASDAQ: LGSA) announces that its
stock symbol on the NASDAQ stock market has been changed from LGSAF to LGSA.
This change drops the foreign connotation to LGS' stock in the US
and is effective immediately. LGS' stock symbol on the Montreal
Stock Exchange remains LGS.A.
LGS Group Inc. (LGSA at NASDAQ, LGS.A at ME) is one of Canada's
largest information technology consulting firms specializing in
management and systems integration. With annual sales exceeding
$134 million in the last financial year and $160 million in the
current nine months, LGS employs approximately 2,200

Europe. The company is active in most of the private and public sectors.
