One additional point regarding current price behavior. Being the last day of the quarter, window dressing of portfolios is working at its best.Some money managers may be hard pressed to get out of MO at once not in fear of failing the "prudent investor" test but purely for marketing reasons as their end of the quarter portfolio will be closely scrutinized.
