I think this stock will be below 20 within 3 weeks at the most. CSCC is heavily owned by institutions and they don't want it to show up in their quarterly reports to shareholders. There is one more point to notice is that even at this level, both its trailing and forward P/E are still too high for the tech stocks right now.
