I don't know the answer to this, but, I would suspect its more likely someone like MMC. I think that an Intel purchase of MMC would create alot more FTC or DOJ concern than anythign to do with FORE. FORE is rapidly becoming a bit player in the biz(as consolidation rips along), they need a home...
