Yeah, fair enough. But I don't have patience to keep them honest and keep collecting proof of their incompetence. I'd rather spend that time doing something more constructive - something which I like to do! I'd rather have a broker who doesn't give grief...but of course we are all different in acceptence of low performances....... LOL In my jobs, I always weeded out the bottom 5% performers in my team every year ! Tough, but its a competitive world out there !
