Hi Monty , I'm back again, A rally that most often fails is one were the small caps go up at the expense of the big ones

I know I've said that before, but this morning the RUT is up while the
S&P and OEX are falling. I know small caps at times out do the
big ones but it takes new money for that to work, and the way it
is now rotating from big to small is not a bullish sign.

I think the uptrend is still in place, and it's hard betting against it, & not something I recommend, ( even though I do chance
it at times ) like now.
