We are recommending the immediate accumulation of Banyan Systems Inc., [BNYN-12 7/8] and the following will give you some flavor as to some of the fundamental rationales that we see in this company. Time does not permit a detailed discussion of the company or of its products or how they fit into the full spectrum of the Internet, but suffice it to say these products have wide application within the Internet framework and the acceptance of Banyan's "Switchboard" products offer great appeal.

With a very solid base in the $8-11 range and a recent non-speculative spike to $14 3/8, we believe that investors should take immediate advantage of this minor pullback and make a measurable investment in Banyan at current market levels.

We rage the stock a "Strong Buy." Those not receiving the chart via Email, should avail themselves of the chart [see the link below] or visit one of the VTAR™ websites.
