How Grades were Assigned
- Finishing before March 31, 1999 = A

Fascinating to see how several agencies went from D or F's ... to A's & B's... in only 6 months. Wonder how much of that can be attributed to reduction of number of mission-critical systems vs actual remediation.

Some people forget, grades are ONLY for "mission-critical" systems. Not all systems.

Am curious to see government and media spin on this in ensuing days.
