Any idea when the audit will be completed and made public?

I understand as of March 15th, it was suppose to be started.

I don't know how long these things take, so please inform me.

Also, what will the total outstanding shares be after the merger, and how many in the float? Will you report to us when, if you sell any of your shares?

Who is the transfer agent?

Also, can you tell us who some of bigger names are in their 30000 customer base?

As well as some revenues and such for netbilling.com?
