Oil has nearly recovered all its losses today (down only 1¢ on 20 minute delay.) API numbers appear to have been discounted into the price. Future expectations are what are driving the oil pricing. Perhaps the OSX will turn course soon as well (down over 3 now).

PS Perhaps we'll get some mutual fund window dressing in the last half of the day. A manager looks pretty smart if he's bought oil service in the last month.
