Allan Deary has apparently launched a private enterprise to, among other things, engage in software maintenance. He somehow convinced an entire group of software engineers to walk away from Peritus and sign up with him. I can't imagine in my wildest dreams how anyone could consider this ethical (and may very well be illegal), but that hasn't changed the fact that it happened.
