Welcome aboard "Solid Play". This news is very compelling to say the least. It would appear to me that the "financing representative" is in China making sure that this is a done deal prior to releasing the funds, and according to this release, all seems to be in order with the J.V. partner. I cannot see at this point (other than VSE approval) why we wont close this thing soon. This J.V. partner acceptance has been the only thing that has caused me any concern, as the deal had been dragged out for so long, that I felt there was a possibility that the J.V. partner would move on. This is not the case based on this last release. What are your thoughts on the timing of the official close and VSE acceptance? The Barber
