Logitek Signs Agreement to be
Acquired

LOGITEK INC. Agrees to be Acquired



Mar. 30, 1999, Logitek Inc. (OTC BB:LGTK - news) reported that it entered into an agreement to
be acquired by North Atlantic Instruments Inc.

In the agreement, NAI will be merged with and into LGTK and each share of common stock of
LGTK will be converted into the right to receive $0.915.
