Gregg: (delayed response -- I was on the road yesterday) Re 2-day lead time: I'm speaking of the time to get the money to the merchant. Some are indeed slow to post it, but I've never had to pay a penalty in the rare cases where they got payment in time but posted it late through their own internal fumbling.
