It was made available through First Call. I do not have a copy, it was read to me. Said the next quarter is fine, progress being made in utilization of the telemarketing facilities but it did not include a price target.

Managements been buying; company can't because of pooling. EPS will be flat because in increase in number of shares.

It was a fast read, thats all I got.
