Does anyone have any comment regarding the question of Russian involvement in this mess? Is it a matter of money? It seems Clinton's next move will be a recognition of Kosovo as an "autonomous" state deserving of NATO protection. The upshot of such a move will likely be the establishment of an independent state within Serbia-- precisely the thing the Serbs have claimed NATO has wanted all along. Will Russia let this happen without even a fight? Very strange.
