Hi Vaughn,
Damned market won't sit up and take notice until we have 10 years of production lined up in reserve proven category. That will take the next year or two to prove up. The grade is falling off currently as they mine down the pipe. Grades in the fissures are lower than the gravels.
M-1 is great, but the really rich stuff is depleting fast and they have to mix not so good stuff with the new, high clay rich pipe stuff to keep the processing machine from clogging on clay. This is lowering the average grade being processed.
Neat thing is they will soon have more diamond rich gravels from other areas (gravels are all over the property) to cut the clay rich feed, but more sampling is needed to confirm reserves and composition of reserves.
That is the problem right now. We have fissures, blows, anomalies all over the place, but not enough exploration work to confirm grade and value anywhere, but around M1. Patience has never been my virtue, but I am learning the meaning of the word now, and buying more at these low levels.
Seems like CJ is listening to us. We ask for news on SA, and bang, out comes a release.
