Here's a good safe play for the thread. Track Data (TRAC) is going to introduce online trading on April 12th. The CEO confirmed this in a PR yesterday. Float is only 3.1 million. It has been basing between 9 and 11 for some time. Could make a nice run over the next couple of weeks. Do your DD.
