Well I suppose they could try to blame everything on those pesky "assassination attempts". Or--this is even BETTER--they could claim that Charlie Kricfalusi, in collaboration with unnamed WellRich employees, FORGED the 10K...and now they have to do it over. Sound good? Or maybe it's just taking them an awfully long time to do the "legal proceedings" part...
