Nick - Thanks for posting the reply from Wendy. It is about what I am getting from the company. Cutting expensives to the bare bone and only getting involved in OEM and development agreements. "We had no business being in the retail channels. The infrastructure (manufacturing, sales, marketing) required to support that business required a tremendous amount of cash. In addition, we had no name recognition in the retail industry." "Our relationship with Lanier gives us a lot of credibility with regard to our technology and
opens the doors to other OEM opportunities."

Now with the overhead in the $200,000 a month range, we do have a good chance of getting profitable with one or two more OEM agreements which I believe the company will get. We are not out of the woods here either. Ms Terry (CFO) does own 10,000 shares that she purchased with her own funds from what I can tell from one of the fillings on EDGAR. The last company she was with, she did not own any shares of that company. So she has faith in the company.

"Regarding Centennial Technologies, the relationship is not critical to our success."
