For the record, on March 29th there was a 144 form filed by a David Haberman for the sale of 30,000 shares of DCHT stock. I suppose this is the same person as David P. Haberman who is an officer of the company, although conceivably it might not be.

Also I note that the company appears not to have achieved its goal of having audited financial statements some time in the first quarter. Until I see something new, my analysis of DCHT's precarious financial situation, that I did in post #587 here, continues in force.

Francois: Contrary to your suggestion, I don't believe people should send me any private messages about DCHT; of course they can send them if they want, but they shouldn't assume that I either have, or will respond with, any secret information about DCHT that I am not willing to post publicly.
