Hope, if DGIV were to be halted, wouldn't it make sense to for the SEC to do it after the end of the investigation, once they came to some conclusions? Doubt this stock will be halted, since few are. FAMH was one of the most fraudulent companies I ever saw, but was never halted. The SEC does not do a very thorough job of keeping an eye on OTC stocks. There are just too many of them. The question is not what DGIV is being investigated for (Jane's dropped hints), but whether there is any substance behind their promises, like those of a year ago promising audited financials. The stock needs substance, not "dog and pony shows", if there is any hope of most people recovering their initial investment.
