Debbie, re:they seem to specialize in Frame Relay... I wonder if this is the business they will be pursuing in Brazil? I imagine it would be combined with some of Datapower's products - surveillance systems for example - Or datapower see this as a synergistic investment. Did you find anything that indicate why Omnico want to form a new entity ? I'm not quite happy with the way Harris describe the progress of the ISC merger - As we have touched earlier may be that Terry is squeezing them. - In two minds wether to bet or stay - Your thoughts on chance the deal will fall ? I haven't been through enough of such mergers to build an opinion based on the words we have seen yet. Kr Jens
