The other shoe has dropped. Gerald Metals, a NYC firm, who owns most of the Alta debt paper may very well take over the company, based on the sec filings I have read in the past. I do not know for sure if they are in violation of loan agreements, but they must be close. You can guess where that will leave the common holders.... ouch.... I used to be a fan of this stock, but all the au miners are toxic at this moment.....
