Well, I've got hard earned money in this company too Bill. We're both reading the same 1997 Annual Report and if you don't believe me that Doug wants a raise call the company and ask them point blank. Another thing did you see on your proxy that they want the right to have more options and warrants? ( That's a big NO in my books don't they have enough already)this is what I mean about looking after themselves first. Look I've been involved with the co. a long time and I would of done better with my money in the bank. This Co. should be trading @6-8 bucks. Were you here during the three for one Consolidation? That the first time this Co. wanted to go on NASDAQ? This Stock has NEVER traded this low. According to Financial Telesis the promotional co. Doug hired last February they were going on Nasdaq last Sept. 96. What happened? You say that they can only keep good people for so long with stock options, what good people are you talking about? What P.R. guy are you talking about there were three of them. Finally they were doing alot of travelling Financial Telesis is in Hawaii, Kenetech is in FLA. Red river soils is in Manitoba plus, plus, plus.

P.S.
If you want to know who is buying the shares right now look at the BCSEC disclosure and go all the way back to Sept. 96 I think it'll be a big surprise to you.

... and lets keep this going!
