How have you been Ron? I just got done skimming over the annual 10k. I think that RW did an excellent job putting it together. Nothing really new here that us long time longs don't already know about. I'm impressed with all the patents and Vivus' intentions to keep them protected as best as possible. Also, a lot of the stuff that was just "talk" before is now in black and white considering preclinical studies on therapies for eg premature ejaculation, incontinence, etc.. IMHO with 6M shares still held short and all the patents and R&D under its belt, Vivus is a joke at $4/share. See you all above 10 in Q2 1999!
