He changes his mind every 5 minutes... Yesterday IOM was going down to 2.... today IOM is going to 7-8. This patient needs Help... he's confused, perhaps psychotic. I don't think any one should listen to his double talk... the only thing he hasn't said is the the stock price will stay the same. SR
