Not to mention making a hefty profit and shorting also. Jane you are a trader so it is evident they want to see your trading patterns as well as others who may have traded DGIV and MTEI. Just my humble opinion. This SEC stuff is new to me. Some of us on the other hand have held and gone long. Paper trails don't lie. --Mark
