Jane, Trouble is with your thinking..... The SEC is not going to slap you for telling the truth.. They are going to kick you for spreading false information about a stock which is a form of manipulation. The SEC is coming down hard on all BBS's because of all the complaints that they have received. At this point no one knows if DGIV is being investigated, individuals are being investigated or just plain BBS's in general. From the amount of postings that you have placed on SI, you are a logical candidate to be questioned. Not that you have done anything wrong but because the way you trade BBS's on a large scale maybe they figure you know something, or maybe they want to investigate your tattoo or who knows what. The point I'm trying to make is that we just plain don't know and shouldn't post something that we think we do........
