1. Mike Sylver announces in his Letter to the Shareholders, dated 12 March, that AZNT will post its 10KSB, incorporating its Q4 10QSB, before 31 March.
2. The Stooges, led by Spidey, a.k.a. Gary Dobry, AZNT reseller, jump on this, criticizing anyone who suggests that these filings just might not materialize on time.
3. The promised financials in fact do not appear. Instead, none other than Spidey a.k.a. Gary informs us that a two-week extension has been requested. Spidey/Gary--and who else?--knew this before the fact was made public. Come to think of it, it STILL hasn't been made public.
