Rochester D&C says "Analysts say company has right technology".
The Article was written by Janet Lively staff writer of the Rochester
Democrat & Chronicle and was featured in the Business Section on
February 21, 1997.

"Sales will grow as telephone companies finally catch up with Moscom's
cutting edge telecommunications technology, said John L. Faessel of
Worldco, an institutional brokerage in new york."

"This could be the year that the company realizes its long-time goal
of signing a contract with a regional Bell company, he said. The seven
"Baby Bells" control the local telephone service in most of the U.S.."

"Teleport Communications Group of New York, which has networks in large
cities, has put in an "agressive" order for 1997"

"Moscom should make a profit by the third quarter if it succeeds in
setting up its Votan subsidiary as a separate public company. The high
start-up costs at Votan, which makes voice recognition products, hurt
Moscom's earnings"
