Well, yes, I guess. However the Sucker-factor starts increasing
rapidly the closer we get to Earnings Date. I think this can be
expressed best by a typical exponential graph:

Now Earnings Date

As you can see, the exact degree of Suckicity depends greatly on the
timeframe involved. The closer to Earnings, the more Sucker-Factor
weighs in the equation. After all, IOM is destined to collapse yet
again after this short term blip up.
