Parts sold above the ASP do not hurt the ASP. During Q2 the 380Mhz K6-2 is the entry level part. This is not an ASP problem unless they
do not have enough 450 MHZ, 475 Mhz K6-III parts.

From all appearances they are showing the actions implied by a segmented market strategy.
