<Hydrophonic tomatos?> At first I thought that was a typo and you meant hydroponic, but upon reflection maybe not.

Now a tomato that could actually detect and register the distance and direction of sound transmitted through water, and if you could even grow such a tomato hydroponically.... that would be something to get excited about.
