Leo, Glad to hear they have a nice facility. I read they spent $50M on the 1M SF complex....which amounts to $50/SF. This unit cost (if my numbers are correct) is very reasonable for a well designed and constructed hi tech manufacturing facility. I'll verify the numbers (Marshall & Swift)....and report back. Was your visit an Investor Relations Tour(a formal tour)?....or was it an informal occasion....with open opportunity to interact with facility manager....maintenance workers.... secretaries.... engineers....etc....and/or have lunch with Mark? How many cars in the parking lot Sat PM....and Sunday AM? Where are the favorite "watering holes" for the engineers? Esprit de Corps? I have no interest in talking with Investor/Public Relations Department....other than picking up their latest releases. Its my intent to get an invitation to bring in hard questions....and leave with straight answers. You are obviously an experienced and knowledgeable professional. Do you have unanswered questions....to present to Mark....and staff? Any interest in joining me....for another visit? Will keep you....and Linda....posted. Thank you for your response.
