Suppose you were Talisman and wanted to take over the company or force change. Suppose you knew someone with intimate knowledge of the company and was already a holder of the company's stock. Would it make sense to partner with this person and work together? Jim Munn is a capable executive who has shown he can do acquisitions and manage growth. Thoughts?
