Where did you get the 34.2 share count? I checked their last earnings release and the share count was 17.5mil, presplit. Considering that it was the average over a quarter, the running share count should be higher than 35mil, which put the price at a pitiful $125.7. Taking the risk premium into consideration, the stock will fall tomorrow even if YHOO stays flat. Raymond
