Hi Debbie, There really is no set "timeframe" when Etrade starts collecting IOI's. We do know that Value America will start trading on the secondary markets starting the week of APR 5. Usually Etrade will start collecting IOI's approximately a week before it prices/and opens. Your guess is good as ours on when it will come out.. It will be sometime this week or next. Goodluck.
