RTev, thanks for the response. I have to believe, however, that MSFT and AT&T would have plenty of other reasons (let's call them the "intangibles") to get together and form a smart network with even smarter devices. The leveraging abilities of this network would be awesome. Armstrong and Gates are very similar and I have to believe there is some sense in these two getting together and pursuing this discussion. Any comments? Teflon
