Thanks, Mitch. yes Redhat 5.2. I had the linux installed on the 2nd half (partition 2) of the HD, for me. (The first is win95). I have logged in, achieved superuser status (root), though I have NOT accessed the CDROM drive.
Can you tell me where (path)to look for it, and the commands to run/access it? (remember at this point I have no GUI/xwindow access)
Right-The guy who installed this said to look for the .rpm files.
I appreciate any help and your response!
