Joe, I had found the thread after posting the last one to you. Intriguing. Did you copy that boston globe article? The page has expired on www.boston.com, and I did a search but couldn't find the article. Likely I'm lame. The debt carryforward could make it an interesting acq target for someone. Wonder about the 'substantial' other assets too. About the only thing for sure on it is that it's CHEAP. Matty
