Jeff, DM is getting a 15c2-11 ( form 211) also, so between
the two of you, we should be covered. Tod did give me some
rough numbers.

29,949,000 shares outstanding
7.7 mil in the float ( about 3.9 with the original financial investors who bought in @ $2.00 - $2.50 per share)
Jerry Mikplajckzy owns 2.1 -2.1 mil ( president )
Gerald Sclar owns about 18 mil ( managing director ) Mr Sclar owns so
many shares because he has used his own money ( around 6 mil ) to get
the company up and running, including meeting payrolls, purchasing
capital equipment, computer systems, office furniture, supplies, ect.
Dru Mordoff has about 300,000 ( rep in Bankok )
David Schaffer about 300,000 ( manager of mining operertion )
( Total shares with the mining operation is only about 1.1 mil, divided between 5 people, including David Schaffer. )

In regards to the informercials, the first one will air, on TV
in about 3 weeks, in the Chicago, Ohio area. Many more will
follow, all on TV. The first series will inform the public of the
company and give a generic profile of the mall. Each succeeding
series will feature one of the stores within the mall.

Don't forget to check out the emergingcompany.com site late tomorrow afternoon, as ABFG will be featured all this weekend
as their pick of the week.

Dan
