Finally got filled on two 20K buys on CTKT. Talked to Dan St. Pierre who is taking
over PR for CTKT. CTKT's proprietary technology of firing ceramic electronic parts
etc....
From the last news release: "It is the intention of the company to use this funding
package to complete a planned acquisition of a privately held value-added
ceramic-product manufacturer. This firm will complement Cetek's ceramic-product
technology and position Cetek so that it can fulfill its order backlog more expeditiously
based on the added capacity from the acquired company.

Cetek produces and markets industrial ceramics for structural and
electronic applications including aerospace, bioceramics, insulators
and integrated circuit packages. Cetek has been aggressively exploring
expansion options and has several acquisition targets identified. It is the company's
intention to achieve eligibility for a Nasdaq Small Cap listing this calendar year.

In 1996, the Department of Commerce recognized Cetek's exclusive
process, which eliminates much of the costly machining, when Cetek was
awarded a contract to develop the material for the back plane of the
FPD (flat panel display) video technology.

In a recent publication of the Industrial Physicist, it was viewed that FPDs could be the
next semiconductor-industry breakthrough."

Now, Dan St. Pierre tells me the first acquisition is finalized and the news should be out
within the next few days. This acquisition will increase CTKT's revenues to a level that
further financing will become available for further acquisitions to take place.

O/S: 26M
Float: around 8M.

NOT A REC TO BUY. CALL DAN ST. PIERRE AT 1-888-243-1390. HE WILL
GIVE YOU THE SAME DETAILS. HE CANNOT GIVE SPECIFICS
REGARDING ACQUISITION TARGETS ETC BECAUSE IT IS ILLEGAL. I
FOUND HIM VERY HELPFULL AND WILLING TO DISCUSS CTKT. I ALSO
CHECKED HIM OUT WITH ANOTHER CONTACT IN THE P.R. BIZ AND HE
SEEMS TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT TRACK RECORD.

DO YOUR OWN DD.
